One of the worst items to cook is fish, because it leaves a bad smell in the house.
The smell of fish lingers in the air all morning, no matter how hard you clean the sink and disinfect the dishes… My hubby and his friends went to the lake last weekend to go fishing, but I do not prefer the taste or smell of fish; however, hubby appreciates the sport.
While the men were at the lake, they caught more than a dozen odd fish. They cleaned the fish at the lake, thankfully. I actually would not have been glad if our guy had brought those fish to our apartment and attempted to disinfect them in the family room sink. Sunday night, my dear hubby decided to fry some of the fish. I was supposed to have yoga class that night, so I did not care a single bit about the fish. When yoga was canceled, I was really disappointed. My hubby offered to wait until another night to mke the fish, but I had a better idea. The two of us have an UV air purifier in the dining room to help us sleep better. The UV air purifier is portable and easy to move. Since our hubby was going to make fish, I thought it might be a fantastic method to bring the UV air purifier to the kitchen and dining room. My hubby thought it was a brilliant method and he carried the air cleaning machine for me. The two of us set up the UV air purifier right before my dear hubby started cooking the fish. It really did help keep the stinks to a minimum. The two of us could still smell the fish, however it wasn’t nearly as disappointing as it could have been.
